Web design prices can vary depending on the web designer and on the kind of project that needs to be done. There are web designers that are experienced and skilled enough to command a higher price even for a relatively simple project. There are also incoming web design professionals that are asking cheaper project cost at the risk of not having enough experience and skills to back up the finished work. But the deciding factor perhaps is really the resources of a client. No matter how good a web designer is, if his asking price cannot be afforded by a client, the one who asks for a cheaper price will still get the assignment.
